Indian Government Covid-19 Challenge
I designed and developed a chatbot for the Indian Government’s Covid-19 Challenge. The outbreak created an immediate need for efficient communication between the government and the citizens of India to counter the threat posed by fake news. The chatbot offers a one-stop solution for all relevant information on the coronavirus outbreak in India. In addition to the features such as Latest News, Testing & Treatment, Language Settings, Travel Information (Zones) and Entertainment, citizens can also report cases and provide feedback.
The bot is also prepared to respond to any query related to the outbreak such as, ‘How do I clean my grocerie?’ with the accurate answer (see video below).
